SALT - Young Adult Bible Study
Missions & Outreach
The purpose of SALT – Young Adult Bible Study is to facilitate an interactive Bible study and discussion for young adults age 21 to 35. Our discussions provide an opportunity to ask questions and to see themselves in scripture. We discuss, share, study and learn peer-to-peer to serve God in fellowship with one another. Life in college and thereafter tests beliefs, values and truth. Meeting collectively allows open dialogue in a safe environment that is non-judgmental. We are excited -- this is a fun ministry of young adults.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to take pride in our ministry, exhibit spiritual growth and excellence through fellowship with one another and the study of the biblical text.
Goal
Our goal is to reach young adults of Shiloh and cultivate spiritual depth and maturity while helping them develop skills for critical and close bible reading. Our prayer is that by growing in Christ and building community together, we are also equipping a generation to lead and serve our church in the future.
